Welcome to the official website of the NGO Alumni Association of I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University.

The Alumni Association strives to unite those proud of being graduates of our university. All of us have received a brilliant start in professional life here. Now we are changing the landscape of medicine through remarkable research, community engagement, and academic excellence. Our goal is to share the opportunity for communication, professional development, and finding each other. After all, the graduates of Ternopil National Medical University have spread all over the world.
Every year, new generation of graduates start career in health care, reach the highest administrative positions, continue their research work, or join teaching. You are the pride of the medical community, the successors of the immortal glorious traditions originated in this institution.
This year we celebrate the 67th anniversary of the establishing of the University. During the time, many changes took place and brought us to the European level of higher education. Thus, TNMU is a member of the European Association of Universities, it has been granted the international award “European Quality”, and it is included in the international register of universities and UNESCO.
Many brilliant, skilful, highly professional doctors, nurses, pharmacists, dentists have graduated from Alma Mater during these years. The graduates of the medical university have chosen a really difficult and honourable profession. Each of you carries a lofty mission into the world – saving human health and life. We are proud that the university has offered you the opportunities and fundamental basis for development of intelligence, talents, and skills.
Your perseverance enriches our traditions; you contribute greatly to writing the pages of the TNMU history. You have something for current students to learn from, something to lean on, and to strive for. That is why, the Association facilitates keeping in touch, preserving endurance of generations, combining young enthusiasts and mature experienced professionals. Through the website of the Association, you can find fellow students, favourite teachers, communicate and share your ideas and experience.
