Scheduled Meeting of the TNMU Academic Council

On March 25, 2025, under the chairmanship of the university’s Rector, Professor Mykhailo Korda, a scheduled meeting of the TNMU Academic Council took place.

As part of the session, a meeting was held with the Chairman of the Honorable Council of the public initiative Order of Saint Panteleimon, Vasyl Knyazevych, and the Chief Medical Officer of the 16th Rifle Battalion, winner of the regional selection for the Order of Saint Panteleimon, Volodymyr Lisovskyi.

In a solemn atmosphere, diplomas of Doctor of Sciences were also awarded to:

Khrystyna Duve,

Andrii Prodan.

The first agenda item was the election of an Honored Professor of TNMU, laureate of the Ivan Horbachevsky Memorial Medal. The report was presented by Professor Ivan Klishch, who provided information about the candidates.

The title of Honored Professor of TNMU, laureate of the Ivan Horbachevsky Memorial Medal, was awarded to:

Professor Ihor Dziubanovskyi,

Professor Viktor Shydlovskyi.

The decision to approve the Admission Rules to I. Horbachevsky Ternopil National Medical University for 2025 and the Regulations governing the activities of the admissions committee and its subdivisions within their competencies were made following a report by the responsible secretary of the admissions committee, Associate Professor Ihor Drach.

A report on the work of the Faculty of International Students was presented by the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Mariia Marushchak.

The head of the department, Professor Oksana Shevchuk, provided information about the Scientific Project Management Department’s work.
